Hi there and thanks so much for stopping by. What I love most about my Home is the people I share it with. Those people are my very special little girl Miss E - my funny, bubbly, honey bunny and my Norwegian partner of over 20 years who is my rock. This blog is about my Lifestyle and I write about stuff that sparks my passion and that inspire me - Food, Home Interiors and Travel. I love cooking seasonal food and all about supporting local Irish food and drink producers which we have in abundance on our beautiful Island.

My new found passion is food styling and photography and I'm always on the hunt shopping for beautiful props. I just can't get enough of it.

I'm so excited to announce the launch of SOUTHERN STAR - our small, intimate venue for rent on the south coast of Ireland located slap bang by the stunning rugged southern coastline of Ireland.
