You know when a dish just needs to be elevated with another layer of flavours well this is one of my go to recipes for just that. It’s coasted in balsamic and honey and that combination of acidic and sweet flavours definitely brings home that Umami flavour. Only 5 ingredients and 15 minutes and boy it’s worth making. I usually put this on puff pastry with feta cheese and honestly it’s just one of my favourite lunches or slap it on some sausage/hot dogs/burgers so the perfect accompaniment for bbq time.
