Only 6 ingredients and no baking. Just a little patience to wait for the beautiful dough to rise to its glory. When you fry them in the pan there’s the most delicious smell of bread and little air bubbles will puff up through these flatbreads. They are perfect as a lunch option – pile on the guacamole, juicy ripe tomatoes, red onion and pickled cucumber or tuna mayonnaise and sweetcorn. They’re also great when they’re fried, cut into pieces and served with a selection of dips.
Make a big batch and freeze them. It’s always super handy to have some backup in the freezer to be able to throw a nice lunch or nibbles together at the last minute.
